There is a great degree of connected services that help consumers interact and learn from their vehicle. Sometimes, when a connected car is brought in for repairs, the repair facility must put the vehicle into a “Service Mode” to keep their technicians safe, allow them to service and repair the vehicle more efficently, and limit repeated or unnecessary communications from the vehicle to the consumer.
