SCRS Refund Policies

For SCRS memberships:

Once your membership period starts, or renews, there will be no refund for payments made. SCRS sends notifications in advance of automatic renewals. Cancellation requests should be submitted at least seven (7) days prior to payment being processed. You will still have access to the membership until the end of the period you have paid for. SCRS will never refund credit card processing fees.

 

For BOT:

Once your billing period begins – per your EULA Agreement – you cannot receive a refund for payments made. License Fees are payable monthly starting thirty days after acceptance of the Agreement. To ensure that the subsequent payment is not processed, End Users must request any cancellations in writing, at least seven (7) days prior to payment being processed and will be reviewed in accordance with terms of the EULA Agreement. You will still have access to the service until the end of the period you have paid for. More detailed description of the agreement terms can be found in the End User License Agreement. 

 

Should a refund be granted for extenuating circumstances, it will be refunded less credit card processing fees.
