Mike Anderson and Danny Gredinberg – Using the Owner’s Manual to Educate on Safe Repairs

During this Repairer Driven Education (RDE) session at the 2019 SEMA Show, Mike Anderson of Collision Advice and Danny Gredinberg of the Database Enhancement Gateway (DEG) shared with the attendees how critical it is to review the owner’s manual with the prospective customer to gain their trust as well educate them what it is required for a safe and proper repair.
