Sometime users may experience incomplete or outdated information in the CCC database, as a result of using an incorrect version. Users can confirm which version they are using by going to ESTIMATE PROPERITIES in the Estimate Tab to confirm the database version date. If necessary, you can contact CCC Technical Support at 800-637-8511 to assist in running an update.
The estimating databases are all intended to be used as a GUIDE ONLY – it is important to remember that the auto body professional performing the repair is in a position to thoroughly inspect, diagnose and identify the methodology and their unique cost of the vehicle damage repair.
